Cancellation
Full refund is provided if cancellation is made by email or phone prior to accessing the e-learning course.  Cancellations must be requested by emailing academy@consultingat.com  or calling 00201557556957, 0020952280096.

Cancellation After Receiving Course Sign-on Information
Cancellation requests need to be made within 48 hours of the issuance of course sign-on information for a full refund.  No refund will be provided after this time period.  Cancellations must be made by emailing academy@consultingat.com or calling 00201557556957, 0020952280096.

Extensions
Course extensions are not needed where there is no course time limit, students have access to a course for unlimited time. However, on monthly subscription of courses, membership will be cancelled upon payment failure.
